The Government has introduced Home Information Packs with dual role of improving the home buying and selling process and to help reduce the excessive carbon emissions from homes, which currently account for nearly 30% of the total.
The person marketing the property is responsible for obtaining a certified HIP which in most cases is the Estate Agent, but if you decide to market the property yourself then you assume this legal responsibility.

We can see you at your home at a time convenient to you and give advice on how the HIP will be presented, what information it should contain for your particular property and provide you with a comprehensive quotation detailing the costs.
Payment can be taken by credit/debit card or, alternatively a deferred payment (credit) option is available at a higher cost. Once the order has been submitted the process starts immediately, reducing the time it takes for it to be completed. In most cases this will be between 5 - 7 working days.
